Session Info
Newborn
Please book your newborn portrait session before your baby is born whenever possible. Many clients choose to reserve their dates during their second trimester or early in their third. This ensures that space is allotted in my calendar to photograph your baby during the ideal age, ideally less than 2 weeks old. I make every effort to photograph newborns between days 5 and 10. During this window of time, babies are very sleepy, easily posed, less fussy, and have become accustomed to nursing. All newborn sessions will take place in the comfort of the client's home. I bring the studio to you! Newborns photograph best in their natural state, so there’s no need for you to worry about forgetting outfits or anything at all. This is a time for parents to relax!
Children
When working with children, I work at their level and their pace. This should be a fun, no pressure kind of session. The goal is to capture the true personality of your child. This includes everything from the big laughs, to tiny giggles, to the practically non-existent smirks. These are the unique characteristics that make your child special.
Family
I try to blend traditional portraiture with a photojournalistic approach to bring out the best in my clients. I create a playful, relaxed and fun environment to make the entire experience a positive one for everyone involved. And these are the seemingly ordinary moments that you’ll one day look back on and remember with fondness.
Senior
This shoot is all about YOU! It's a time for you to let loose, have fun, feel pampered and above all to show you that you are beautiful and you are enough, just the way you are. The images that come out of your session will be authentic and unique, just like you. The most important thing to me and to the success of the session is not what you wear or the location(s) you choose but that you are comfortable. So, bring clothes that you feel confident and comfortable in and just be yourself.
Professional Headshots
