Olentangy Soccer Photo Day is August 5th, 2026
BEFORE PICTURE DAY
All viewing and purchasing will be done online, and each athlete has their own private gallery with a secure access code, so please check with your coach to verify that they have the correct email for a parent!
DURING PICTURE DAY
All athletes will have their individual photo taken and will be in the team photo. If you have multiple children who play soccer for Olentangy, we are happy to take a sibling photo to be included in their galleries.
You will notice that we will take an image of each athlete with either a cellphone or a tablet before their photo on the green screen. This reference photo is solely used within our app as a reference photo for your private gallery. When we upload images, our site uses face recognition to pull any images that match your athletes' reference photo into their private gallery. This image will not be saved or shared in any other form. Without this image, you will not be able to view and purchase your athletes' photos.
Be sure your athlete comes ready for their photo to be taken. Please note that cleats are not allowed in the cafeteria area where the photos will be taken, so all photos will be taken half-length. This also helps the face be more visible in the final product. Each athlete will have 3 poses, and seniors will have an additional pose for their senior banner and will be able to approve the picture/pose for their banner.
AFTER PICTURE DAY
We aim to have all images uploaded within one week of the picture day. As soon as the images are published, you will receive an email notification.
To access your published gallery, go to the above link, click "Add Gallery", and enter the individual access code provided to you (if you have not received a code, please email us). Next, favorite the images you wish to use in your purchase:
Once you have chosen your images, you will be able to shop our variety of packages, prints, digitals, and specialty products. If you are having difficulty locating all of our product options, please reach out!
When building your package and ordering prints/products, you will notice that you have the ability to crop the images how you like. Please remember that what you see on your screen is how your image will print. If a hand, arm, leg, head, etc is cut off when you click "confirm", that is exactly how it will print.
After the galleries are published, you will have 1 week to place your order to get free shipping. If you are unsure about whether an image will fit the print size or product you are looking for, please do not hesitate to reach out before placing your order. We are unable to stop orders that have been sent to the lab. To avoid picture packages being shoved in a backpack, orders placed before the deadline will be distributed to parents at the next game about 2.5 weeks after picture day. Orders placed after the deadline will have a shipping fee and be shipped directly to your home from the lab. Once the deadline has passed, all orders are sent directly to our partner lab, which begins production immediately to get your products to you as quickly as possible.
Jennifer Leigh Photography is not liable for improper cropping of images. It is solely the consumer's responsibility to view and confirm that the images they are ordering fit properly within the blue guidelines and that nothing is cut off due to sizing restraints.
The galleries will be active for SIX WEEKS total once published. You will receive reminders if you have not placed your order, and you will be notified before the gallery expires. Once they expire, the prices will increase, and the galleries will become active again.

You can purchase a package or à la carte items for each of your athletes using one shopping cart. If they are photographed together, then all images of each athlete will be uploaded into both of their galleries. You have the option to combine multiple athletes into a single package! Once you have shopped for all of your athletes and added their products to the cart, go to the cart and check out in a single purchase.
